Ok sooo a few weeks ago I rotated my tires. Ever since then I've had a sqeeking noise coming from my passenger side rear wheel area. And it's god awful in reverse. It sounds like the typical worn down brake pad... Like metal on metal noise. But took the wheel off yesterday still a good amount of brake pad left. Took the Emergency Brake off and tired to spin the rotor by hand to hear the noise and the rotor would barely move..... Jack up the other side of my car and the Driver side rear rotor spun freely like it should.... Well I used a flat head screw driver and pried the Passenger side rear brake caliber a little bit and the rotor spun a little bit easier but still not smoothly. When you press the brake pedal it just tightens up again and barely moves...I check the brake fluid and the brake line leading to the caliber those look fine. The question: Does anyone know why my brake caliber would not decompress off the rotor?

ps i'm at work right now soo if i don't check this for a lil bit thats why

Thanks in advance
