Power steering bolts sheared off in block.

I was driving the other day, and felt my power steering go out, pulled over almost immediately and looked under the hood and saw my power steering pump just dangling. Both bolts sheared off. I was able to drill and extract the bottom bolt out but don't have the room to drill and extract the top bolt. Need it running but don't really have the funds to bring to a mechanic shop or anything right now. Any ideas to extract the bolt or can I just get a different sized belt and bypass the power steering completely?
