So i was replacing the Spark plugs in my Si and noticed that some of the wiring directly above the header was exposed to the heat created by the header (NO HEAT SHIELD) so i fixed the issue with some 3M electrical tape Double wrapped Just letting you guys know for possible harness melting because the small thin wires are exposed.

oo ok that's what I thought. For some reason I got confused when he said above the header, I thought he meant it was directly behind the engine. thanks for clearing that up.

^it is directly behind the engine, above the header, by the firewall. I removed the cowl to access the spark plugs, so reaching the wires was easy.
