Hello,
I have a 2006 Civic that is giving me the P0141 Heater Circuit malfunction code. I replaced the sensor and cleared the code but it came back. I tested the sensor with a multimeter and its outputting around 3.5 ohms which is within spec. I testes the harness it connects to and it is putting out 11.5 volts which is also normal. What else could it be? I read that it could be the ground, but I don't know where that is located. Is there any fuses I need to check? If so, which ones? Thank you in advance for your help.
