T1R Power Header 796.00 CDN



The stock header is the most restrictive part of the exhaust on the K20A engine. We have been spending years of effort to develop a header with longer 4-2 conjunction to obtimize torque and hp across the power band. Finally we have come up with a 45mm piping size for primaries with 65mm pipe for collector. The 4-2-1 design with the special "Power Neck" is to improve exhaust efficiency other than increasing volume. All exhaust tubings are 1.2mm thick to reduce as much weight as possible while maintaining a strong enough structural design to with hold the heat and stress caused by the engine. The header replaces the stock 4-1 portion and the stock catalytic converter. This header was developed and intended for race and track use only. Dyno tested 15+whp gain.. The T1R high performance light weight crank pulley has been developed to reduce drive-belt stress and rotating mass thus allowing a smoother engine response and acceleration which offers an increase in horsepower and torque.
This crank pulley has been designed to factory OEM sizing due to the disadvantages with underdrive pulleys (smaller sized pulleys) which causes damages and malfunctions to the alternator. Smaller sized crank pullers are very prone to charging and battery issues due to being underdriven.
Made out of CNC machined Forged aluminum and the pulley weighs on 649g (1.42 lbs).

Everytime when you apply pressure to the brake pedal to slow your car, some of the hydraulic energy is wasted expanding the stock rubber brake lines. Effective braking power is decreased. This is also the cause of the soft feel some cars exhibit at the brake pedal. As the lines age, the softness increases. This "line swell" is virtually eliminated using high quality Techna Fit brake lines.
These lines are constructed of high-grade teflon, wrapped with stainless-steel braiding, and finished with a clear protective sheath. Meets D.O.T. Standards.

T1R offers CNC forged aluminum twinblock brake calipers with staggered pistons (38.1/41.3mm) to improve initial, controllability and hard braking at all speeds.
Heat treated steel angle slotted rotors with duraluminum hub (floating disc design) are used for excellent heat dissipation and extreme durability while keeping weight down as much as possible. Special street compound (low dust) brake pads are quipped to serve performance from street to track.

Yummy...

For Canadian orders, are you including shipping at your cost or customers? I live in Winnipeg, MB if that helps, fairly close.
