I had excellent dealing with this Dealer. Why don't you just call them instead of an email? Are you really that busy? I called them to set up my issue and had excellent customer service. I had to warranty my HFP rear struts (within the warranty period) through them, no hassle, provided a VIN#, they sent 2 brand new HFP rear struts to me and I sent my two back and only one was blown.
