i forgot if the Injen CAI filter came pre-oiled... when you clean this filter should you oil it? lightly oil it with aersol filter oil, or not oil at all?

Oil it lightly with an oil made for air filters.

I would just buy a different filter from Apexi or AEM honestly dude. Both are dry filters so you dont have to oil, and the apexi is far superior to everything else on the market.

Just buy a Fujita filter if you don't want to drop the coin for the Apexi. It's almost identical to it and it's a dry element. Oil based filters are bad for our MAF sensors. Unless you don't mind cleaning your MAF sensor regularly. And it's just about the same price as the K&N or Injen.

oil it and let it sit for atleast 1/2 an hour. then pat it down to remove the excess oil
