Anyone who has an R18 motor knows that we have an orange plastic engine oil dipstick. Instead of the usual MIN and MAX marks or holes, the R18 dipstick has hash marks (XXXXXXXX)
Has anyone measured how much oil must be added to bring an oil level at the bottom of the hash marks (MIN) to the top of the hash marks (MAX)??
How about from the mid-point of the hash marks to the top (MAX)??
I know I can probably figure it out by trial and error, but I'm hoping someone has already figured this out. Since I live in a hilly area, I have to drive 8+ miles to the nearest parking lot that is relatively flat.
