Hi, im new to the forum, Civic SI 2006 114k miles. My car has been making a noise coming from the transmission when the car is moving but when I press the clutch the noise tones down dramatically but I can still hear it. It doesnt make the noise in neutral at a stop even if a rev it. The noise gets louder with engine revs while moving. I've been reading I'd may be the throwout bearing but let me know what you think 🙏

Bad throwout bearing? Or maybe, a damaged clutch fork. My brother bought a fa5 with a damage clutch fork, one end broke off. He suspects it caused the motor to throw a rod since it was off balance when clutch on/off. He bought the car with the bad motor (210k) and the previous owner said the clutch was recently installed new too. Good luck.
