Haven't done any work realistically that I think could have caused these to pop up but they frighten me, as my civic is at 162k miles and rising fast. Reading a quick scan with a foxwell nt510 elite I receive ABS codes of: 61-1 dtc modular control unit initial ig low voltage, 83-19 dtc-ecm/pcm relation failure, and 112-1 dtc cpu internal circuit malfunction. I also receive two EPS codes (Eps is the electric steering section of the codes): 17_2 dtc control unit power supply voltage and 18_1 dtc motor power supply voltage. The EPS codes worry me less than the codes that say somethings wrong with my cpu. Doing quick googling and looking on forums, some say that the 83-19 and 61-1 are caused because of the 112-1 code which can be, as quoted "vsa modulator unit is faulty or you have physical wire and/or terminal damage (short to pwr, gnd, ect)". Does this have any connection to the arcing noise that seems to come from behind the vsa button when I turn the key to start and my clutch isn't fully depressed? It hasn't always made this noise, so I think a wire may be pinched somewhere maybe? Any ideas on these codes would be appreciated.

I should add, my VSA light is not on on the dash
