please help me i have mine installed and have the ecu back from hondata but i am having a major almost like turbo lag issue at full throttle before 5800 and starting at around 4000rpm its like it cant keep up with the engine or something i dont know what going on i have CAI, 70mm exhaust, and dc race headers no cat. i thought it was the pullies because i had underdrive but ive put those back to stock, except for alternator because my stock one was ruined but that shouldnt affect nething. it really almost seems as if my ECU isant even close to being tune has neone else had this issue?

yea a buddy had a problem with that make sure they gave u the JRSC tune hondata cause when he did it they gave him the wrong hondata tune.

thats the only thing i can come up with. im tempted to just buy the FIC and fix it my self.

Its a stock tensioner....How does it suck its relocated forward. Its pretty nice acutally.

i like the comptech set up is what i meant. i always thought the jackson used a diff tensioning set up. and was prone to belt slip. unless they have changed something since the last time i really looked at one.

nah no belt slip just major lag at full throttle until i get to that 5500-6000 mark then i can floor it but even then im not noticing a power difference like maybe negative boost. i can hear the charger going but just doesnt seem much diff then before

Didn't mean to be a **** :bighug: I lurk....Yeah its acutally pretty nice...It moves the stock tensioner forward with modified tensioner and a plate...See Its orignally Joe Mcarthys Desing Heres and original and the Moss one...

did you connect the bypass valve hose correctly.

if the bypass valve is open, then you have no boost.

where exactly is that by pass valve hose? im not the one who installed it but i can damn sure fix it.

nevermind guys i fixed it.. it didnt say it in the instructions they sent me but apparently with the hondata tune u gotta have the map sensor hose after the supercharger not on it like it says because it has to read the boost. so it goes on the intake manifold

Call Hondata, and ask about your ECU. They should tell you.

Before have a mindset of tricking them, therefore you get to figure out weither they gave you a comptech or a jrsc reflash. Some companys hate dealing with take backs. Even though your flash was for the jrsc.

yea its good now just make sure they put the map sensor tube on the intake not the super charger or u will have the same probs i did
