Hi everyone! , so I bought a ebay brand SRI wothout the cheap air filter. I want to use a K&N or Fujita filter, but I can't seem to find the right size for my application. The manufacturer recommend that I go no larger than the dimensions in the pic below due to rubbing.

I've looked into Fujita and K&N but their sizes are larger

i had this problem. best solution is to NOT buy a cheap ass no-name intake off ebay. im not taking shots at you, im just speaking from experience. ive been in the same boat youre in right now. it sucks.

in thie entire list you cant find a filter that fits?

Yeah all you need to do is figure out the diameter of the tube and get a k&n/aem/etc universal filter. Should be 2.5". 2.75" or 3" would be my guess.

^ Sorry I can't answer that at the moment. If someone in the lower mainland is willing to meet up and figure this out (maybe a larger size might work?) that would be great. Help with the install would also be extremely helpfull as I don't have much tools.

get a ruler and measure the diameter of the intake you bought.
if you do that, i can tell you what k&n part number you need

I guess my best bet would be to take the stock airbox out and measure. But I have to drive my mom around this afternoon so I wont be able to measure till this evening.

I know flange size is 3" (part that fits the intake pipe), the length, and width of the filter is what Im worried about, due to rubbing.

RE-0930 should be perfect
based on teh dimension in teh first post...its nearly identicle.

I have a fujita filter from my SRI that I am not using anymore if u are interested.
