My installer advised the BC0042-2 cam shafts were cut incorectly. The exhaust cam angle is 20 degrees off. Has anyone encountered this issue on K20Z3 motor? Will a Skunk 2 variable cam gear correct this issue? Any suggestions to correct this?

This seems to be par for the course with cam manufacturer's for k series. It's like they're ******* retarded or something.

Being that there has been a few years with some of these products out, does anyone have experiences to share with the camshafts they have installed? I'm interested in buying some for my Si. Was looking at Kelfords and Skunk2. IPS cams I cannot find anywhere. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Ips is no more. Skunk2 bought go power or something along those lines and with the newest stage cams those would most likely be the cams to go with imo. Unless you willing to pay for DC 2.2's. Off the shelf there's no comparison.

DCRH with cams is your bottleneck. Change out the race header to a Skunk2 alpha or megapower and I'm sure you'll pick up 5-10whp everywhere.

I would also get a 3.5inch intake to make it breathe better..

Hey guys just wound up here looking for some info related to this threads starting post on stock cams.
Just curious if anyone here can confirm or deny whether the '08 k20z3 cams are the same lift size as the bigger '09, or if they're still the smaller size as per the '06/'07 models??
