After having my 2010 Honda civic for a few months, I was in need of an oil change. After booking an appointment with Marv Jones Honda and driving down there, I was rudely told by the older man working there " that my appointment could not be done" since one of their techs had supposedly " gone home sick". My advice to all the honda owner's is to save their time by skipping Marv Jones Honda in Maple Ridge altogether since they do not even have the decency to call and cancel :deadhorse:.

Best of Luck.

My advice is to stay away from middle gate honda (aka open road honda) on Kingsway as well. Brought a customers CRV in for TPMS reprogramming because one of the TPMS sensors got replaced with a new one. Anyways it took them one hour and they came up to me and told me that it would "go away" on its own. I guess they misheard and thought i said "check" TPMS, but in reality, i said "reprogram". Next day, co worker went back and got it reprogrammed. Heres another story, when i bought a chrome exhaust tip they told me they would have it on monday and i KNEW that it was going to be delayed so i told them to give me a call on monday if there was any delay. On monday afternoon i went by and asked if my exhaust tip arrived yet and guess what... They said "no, there was a delay, im sorry" I told them that i wasnt pissed of because it was delayed, but rather pissed off because i told them ahead of time to give me a call if there was going to be a delay, which they didnt. Their excuse was "the guy" that i talked to (which was f*king him) wasnt working that day.

I never get oil changes done or any kind of service at the dealership. They dig down ur pocket like theres no tomorrow. I went to Middlegate a few months ago to get my panel light checked up. Then I told them that theres probably an exposed wire somewhere in there because whats causing my panel light to not work is because of a short circuit. The fuses that i put in just kept blowing up. Then the tech told me to pay $170 to get it diagnosed or some other crap he said. Then I told him that I have an extended warranty. He told me that the extended warranty is only limited to certain things and I still have to pay! So im like... wtf! im paying extra for the damn warranty and out of all the problems ive had so far, it covered none! Then hes blaming my car's dvd player for the short circuit. But my electrician friend said that the lights and dvds are not using the same line (or whatever that word he used.. i forgot).

So to keep our pockets happy and our heads cleared out of head aches, get ur services done somewer else.
