Hi everyone, so i was looking online at cai's and this one website said that it was for manual transmissions:

so my question is what's the difference between a cai for auto/ one for manual and secondly how would i know the difference?

AT takes up more space in the engine bay than MT, as well as lines for the ATF, etc.

This often causes the need for the CAI to be designed differently, or possibly not an available option at all.

My old Civic was AT, and they didn't even make an intake for it.

I am actually not sure, but I suggest looking at brands such as Injen, AEM, K&N, Weapon R, and Fujita.

If you could get it to fit.. Chances are slim and you probably won't make any gains (just a louder engine). If you do end up doing it though, make it a DIY and post it on 8th.. lol
