Unless you blow a seal, you really *shouldn't* have to do anything special... make sure you have good oil flow. Also, make sure you have a good filter because any small particals can get sucked into the compressor and damage the fins.
Alot of turbo maintenance is preventative maintenance. After alot of miles on a turbo (like tens of thousands), you may need to rebuild the turbo. That depends on the condition of the turbo... some are built much better than others.
This is the part that makes me laugh when people get into the whole turbo vs supercharger debate. There's always one guy that says well a supercharger is less maintenance, which actually couldn't be any further from the truth. A turbo itself requires no additional maintenance. If you change your engine oil on a very regular basis- I recommend you change it a little earlier than usual- and just make sure there are no leaks and it's not acting or sounding strange you're good to go.
