car looks great! was the HU install very difficult?
the only difficult part was getting it to work w/ the amp. we still couldn't figure out how to get it to work with the oem subwoofer and still have control over the bass level. all the speakers and sub work, but I can't control the sub anymore like w/ the stock HU.

How did you clear out the rear lights??? Looks very nice btw. Also, is the wiring for the side markers hard?
clearing out the rear lights only requires buying chrome bulbs instead of the amber ones that are in there now. check out ebay for chrome bulbs 992 or 7440. should be like 15 bucks to your door. easy as cake to plug in.
for the side markers, I just wired them to the front turn signals which was simply just tapping into the wires. also cake! :thumb:

nice drop...have any pics installing the edfc? was it hard...any tips or comments about it?
As far as just the wiring? It wasn't cake to install since there seems to be a lack of holes in the firewall, so I had to make my own. I drilled a 7/8" hole (will be used for all wiring) where I found a clearing on both sides, which was above and to the left of the gas pedal. Be extremely careful to know that you have clearance on both sides... you don't want to drill into the brake booster or anything. :xyxnervou after that it wasn't hard running the wires and getting it hooked up. I just wired it into the fuse box making sure of the constant power, acc power, ect and used a preexisting ground. In the pic I don't show it mounted yet. I just took the panel off from behind the upper storage compartment on the center console and cut some room in it for the wires to fit thru, then reattached and used double sided velcro tape to hold it up. you have to use the tape in at least two areas on the top of it for it to stick and hold up properly. The first time I did it I only used it in the front and it wouldn't hold.

update sept04

The door sills just got here! It took a matter of minutes to have them installed, get the pics uploaded and posted here. Enjoy. These are custom by Celcius. He doesn't make a whole lot of them but they are super nice quality. If you can't get them from him, there's a project on FGcoupe.com where blazetiger has a local company that'll make them too (get in on that before its too late)

Onto the pics! :pics:

more pics later. no pics of the drivers side cuz the sun was beaming and they weren't coming out nice. some night pics to follow perhaps.
