Hello all! I know I haven't updated for a while. As many of you know I was in Japan for 9 months and the car was put in storage. I came back mid May and the progression has started again!

Modifications this round:
-* 17x9/8 +35 Weds Kranze Mesh wheels
-* 25mm Project Kics wheel spacers
-* SPOON TSX Monoblock calipers
-* Recaro SR-4 Racing Seats
-* Recaro Sliders
-* Wedge Engineering brackets
-* Upholstered headliner, rear quarter panels, sunroof cover
-* Front lower grill removed
-* Vent tray from Japan
-* FUSA Knot from Japan
-* Broadway convex mirror from Japan
-* Red Steering wheel emblem from Japan
-* 300cc Catch can from Japan

SPOON calipers installed! I had to turn these upside down to bleed them since when mounted the bleed valve is pointing downward and the air couldn't escape.

Sunroof cover being upholstered. It was a total headache to get it out, but it was worth it in the end.

At Hot Import Nights (HIN) in Orlando May 2012. I went just a couple days after coming back from Japan.
My car took HOTTEST Honda!

i was in love with your car man. you were my inspiration for a long time. when i saw that last photo posted: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8168/7457556712_a22aef96b1_b.jpg

It just doesn't look good anymore. Again, this is my opinion and I loved your car man. Just putting in my 2 $0.01.

I hope you love it still and enjoy driving it as much as i love putting the key in my ignition!

I guess you really like OEM interior then.
The headliner is the only part I don't like. I had to pull the trigger on a new material I could get at a local store since I was just inches away from having enough of the plaid. I will likely swap it to black suede when I get some time on my hands. The inside isn't even finished either.

even though I loved the teal color, I love the fitment of these wheels much better.. as for the interior, to each his own.. the seats look awesome, the plaid is cool.. not sure about the roof though.. was it hard to do? mine has some picks in it and was debating doing it over.. overall still love the car man!

The fitment is the only reason I sold the BBS. I loved everything about them but they were a bit too aggressive for me, although judges loved them.
I want to get new lips for the 8's to make them 9's to get rid of the stagger, even out the lip, and look sekzy. This is all assuming I don't find another set by then. I want 18's again now since the frame is too low to the ground with my 3" exhaust, extra front lip, and rear diffuser to worry about. That extra .5" does a lot.

The headliner wasn't too bad but I've done a few headliners in my day. The curves can be a little tough. You have to make sure you find fabric at least 50" wide also. Most fabrics are 45" or so. Only the ones on the big rolls are wider. I freakin' WISH I had enough of the plaid to do it all in that. It would have looked insanely awesome. I have not for the life of me been able to source any more of that fabric.

Agreed! The headliner would look good if the other material matched it. It's that "Houndstooth" pattern.
Our headliners are really wide so standard fabric won't cut it. You have to buy the stuff on the big rolls so selection is limited.

Makes sense. I wouldn't even know where to start to change out the headliner so props regardless.

They tan/grey/whatever stock color is pretty lame though =/

Dude I love your car man.. This car is my inspiration. I was always stuck between getting a Scion TC or an Acura Rsx Type-S but then I saw your ride and it blew the other cars out of the water. You always surprise me when you change something on your car and it looks even better! It's hard to believe it could get better. I have an 07 Si and she headed in your direction. Hope to be one of the cleanest cars in Texas one day. (By the way what kind of headlights do you have and where can I get them?) Tsx I believe.

Aww, thanks man. Glad I could be of influence with your choice. :] Before this car I wanted the Type-S too, but when I heard the Si was coming out I waited for it.

The headlights are s2000 ap1 projectors and shrouds that were retrofitted into my OEM headlight. Customlightz.com did the retrofitting. TSX are okay to use also but the s2k ones give you a wider light output. (but cost more)
