Posts related to selling items absolutely will not be tolerated.
Any failure to comply with this rule will result in the member being banned without question, and if this continues to be a problem the thread will be permanently closed and all duplicate threads will be closed as well, with the OP's account subject to administrative actions taken.
No street racing posts, no exceptions.
Don't try to be clever in circumventing the rules either, it's pretty obvious when a racing post is legal or illegal.

Thanks, Derek! I had posted it on the GNO, but it somehow disappeared when the site upgraded. I'll have to follow up with the Mazdas to see who else is coming too. :thumb:

Becareful with that CAI. Whenever I had one and WE DID get rain I almost hydrolocked..

I seriously doubt the hydro-shield is going to help. I figure it'll just protect my filter from dust, but every little bit helps, right? I'll just have to be careful.

Oh yea. I guess I need to provide an update on the install: Good news! Fuel rail install was almost painless!

Im not going to be able to make it to the sunday meet. I will be out of town for fathers day, plus I won't have my car back from the body shop until tuesday.

Hopefully I will be able to make it to the next meet

Here is my grille dont hate i know the Emblem has to go, I ordered one but i Couldnt wait to put the grille on. I know the ride is dirty I was just waiting to get it cleaned for this weekend.

The hydroshield does help. I was pretty surprised, water literally does slide off of it very easily. I could definitely see it (day after water stains covered entire filter) after driving on my flooded street, but the thing is my filter was never submerged. Water just kept splashing up on it bc I had to cut my wheel well. So IDK if you cut your wheel well or not, anyhow you'll be good as long as you don't drive on streets completely flooded. The closest water got to me was touching that little black piece under our frnt bumper.

Rachel, why don't you save up for FI? You spent so much money on looks, why not save some money and instead of that CAI and exhaust, make your car truly super fast?

Sucks you aren't going to be able to make it, Robby. But I suppose hanging out at a meet when your car is in the shop would probably be a little depressing anyway. Glad you are getting it back soon.

That grill looks good! I'm liking the black :thumb:

Hydro-shield helps, eh? I guess I should take it out of my trunk and stick it on my filter asap

Yeah, try splashing water on it with your hand inside of it. I actually ran my underneath my sink for a second to see and my hand was completely dry
