Posts related to selling items absolutely will not be tolerated.

Well I have both homeowners and car insurance through state farm so it has taken them a few days to figure out which one the claim is supposed to go under. It is going to be covered under the automobile insurance. It is at the body shop right now and the adjuster said somewhere around $8k worth of damage. I just hope they can have my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time

yea now im just sittin at work lookin out the window at the damn impala..lol

I just got another call from the body shop. Its at $6500 right now and that is to replace the quarter panel and the headliner and all that. There is a dent in the trunk which can be popped out. The roof support bar is bent which made the whole roof dent in and sort of crinkle in some spots. The guy said he is guna cut the support bar out and see if he can straightin the roof out. If not then he will have to cut the roof out and put a new one in which will make it around $8k. Luckily I know the owner of the body shop and they are slow right now so either way it'll be ready at the latest next friday.

Hey R3V I ordered My grille today I ordered the black one. I like how the guy who got Ride of the month has a black grille and his ride is red.

Im looking for anyone who knows where to get a hold of a R18 Badge I seen a civic with one in the spot instead of the si badge. If anyone knows holler at me or ill just have to stick a CIVIC emblem right there.

I have the tree company coming out thursday to cut it down. Im not taking any chances because if a branch fell on my car with no wind outside, I really do not want to see what happens when we get our first hurricane of the year. (Im not guna let the house be the next victim).

Nice. Black is going to look awesome. I have seen where one member replaced the Si with his civic badge. I have also seen where members have just removed the Si badge--there wasn't any damage under it or anything, so this might also be a safe route.

I'll let you know if I find anything about that r18 badge. I haven't seen one.

And, Robby, if you need a whole new roof also, do you think your insurance company will total your Si?

Hey Rachel,

I will know later today or in the morning if they will be able to fix it without a new roof. If they have to put a new roof I hope the insurance company will total it because I dont think it will be as safe if the have to modify the roof and it definatly will never be the same as it was before.

Yea I have gap insurance. I bought it new in June 2007, and its paid off if that has anything to do with it
