As mentioned before there are many kits available on ebay, but it really depends on the quality your looking for. After some experimenting I ended up with an areoflow front lip, cf mugen front lip, ebay rear lip, ebay rear cf spoiler, and ebay side skirts. Total cost was roughly 2k$, repaint and 4.5k$.

Here's my mugen kit for my 07 civic Si
