I live in a small city in Alberta of about 27000 people and so I drive the highways a lot for work and to get to the bigger surrounding cities. As such, I get a lot of rockchips and was wondering how other people deal with them?

I have a hood edge deflector but that doesn't seem to be helping much. Yesterday I got my Langka paint chip repair kit, so I will be using that to fix up the obvious chips on the front. I also got some 3M Di-Noc carbon fibre sample this week in the mail, and so am planning on doing that just to the hood to protect it. I seem to discover a new chip with every wand wash! I don't care too much about chips to the front bumper as that is plastic, but I wish the paint were a little more durable!

You are right about the durability of the pain I think that the clear cote is very weak... My wife's car has the same issue and the best option is the Paint Protection Film from 3M altho is not recommended leaving it for too long (3-5 years).
