For those who are like me in the sense they always have an urge to do something to their car without spending a TON of money let's start a little "mods" list. Reference other posts if you feel like it. I'll start:
I want to do this for my car. Ive never done it before and im not sure how to get it off cleanly. Can someone explain the method they used to get it off cleanly?
Thanks for posting those. I don't know much about cars but I'd like to change the way mine looks a bit. I like how the blue dome light looks, so maybe I'll attempt doing that...
7. Remove Intake Resonator. $0. Pop off the hose off the air filter box if you are lazy, or just remove the whole thing. Gives the engine some more growl.

could hurt your fuel economy though, that WOT sound does get addictive. But im not sure if our cars go to full WOT when we mash the gas or if the car decides how much to open the throttle for us.

I take off the intake tube durning cool to cold temps to help keep the mpg up. Thats called a warm air intake. But during the summer / warm temps intake air can get to hot. With intake air temps at 140+ degrees. I dont think it will hurt the engine short term. But it does rob hp and torque when the intake air is to warm. Cool sound aside. As a summer mod its worthless.
I have had Silverstar (slightly whiter, still yellowish), Xenon (yellowish), Piaa (white) Nokya (White, little blueish)
Maybe better to spend $20 on Nokya than $80 on piaa, they look quite similar.
I had problem with 9006 Nokya, they tend to overheat and melt the plastic connectors, so if anyone is planning to go this way, i would not recommend in changing them.
Is this any Nokya 9006? I was planning on replacing my high beams, and but using them for DRL now (i have my fuse pulled. i might put it back in if i can find a bulb that'll light pure white when in DRL and high beam)
Has anyone tried the LED DRL's over at superbrightleds.com?
