Just bought a 2008 the horn doesn't work

I researched on this forum and YouTube a lot of the photos and stuff are gone looks like there's only one relay my brake lights work so I'm assuming it's the horn. Will this horn work without blowing my relay

Also is there a way to remove it without taking the whole bumper off like maybe just the bottom part? Where I live they are not crazy about working on cars in the driveway. Any help much appreciated
