Hey guys...Greatings from Jamdown..

I need some advice on cams and ecu for my 2007 si coupe...HELP ME...
The real questions are is 'how much do you want to spend' and 'what are your goals'... because the average person who asks this on here does not have the time/money to make it worthwhile on this car. Its not easy, and its not cheap.

However... if you've got the time and $$ (think upwards of $5000) then you can do cams + cable throttle conversion and run dual ecu's with k-pro.

Besides that... you 'can' do cams with minor tuning via a piggyback, but you likely wont get the results you desire.

What? Can you please explain in detail? I never seen anyone run dual ecu with K-Pro on the FA/FG yet.

the FA that did it converted DBW to cable and wired in KPRO and got it to work w/ skunk2 stage to cams.

to the OP, you can't run the s2s2 cams with the hondata reflash--i think the cams are too aggressive for Vtec to engage at such a low RPM set on the reflash. You would have to seek another tuning solution, perhaps you can do the dual ecu setup. The downside to all this is that you would have to drop alot of money. search some more and you can find out more about cams, etc.

Seen this thread already...I thought you meant the Toda throttle kit.
Wonder if anyone is going to come out with a dual K-Pro solution...

BTW to the OP. You can run S2 cams or BC cams without the reflash. AFR ratio seems to be a little too rich or too lean for most people.
I'll be getting my cams in couple months.

it really doesnt have anything to do with DBW thats preventing things form coming out yet. Its other factors of the ecu and making it all work flawlessly which is the challenge... but it can be done. its just not cheap. which is why i asked that very 1st question

a quick look at my signature should tell you my opinion on the comptech sc.

So thats y im considering sumn straight....just check out the supercharger...but here's my question....When compared...the Cams, ecu, dbw conversion, kpro...to the supercharger setup....which mod gives mur bang for the buck....what are the pros and cons of em

Well... the SC is gonna get you about 250-260whp (depending on what supporting i/h/e mods you have), and can be bought/installed for roughly $4000

I really dont know how much the other setup costs... but the threads i posted on here earlier have lots of info in them about that

you can try and go piggy back and go with greddy or apexi or aem type of system. but for now no one has any type of a all in one ecu system that works for our car. so in other words ... everyone just mentioned all you can do. your stuck until someone makes a tuning solution. till then, maybe get bolt ons like the rest of us .. intake . headers.. or try and get something to work for your car. neways good luck and let us now how it works out.
