I live at Buffalo NY and it snows a lot here. I just checked my engine bay and there are may white spots and sometimes very little bit of water spots, like very small. Is that suppose to happen?

Small spots of corrosion on the aluminum parts. It's normal, happens to all cars.

Yes normal, just take it to the wash and spray down your engine if your concerned.
