If you can't find anyone to do it you should consider wrapping and dying everything. There's some really great plastic dyes out that will last forever. You'd have to have it professionally done but it's just an option if you can't find anyone to trade. Call around junk yards too.

Why do you keep suggesting that everyone dye their plastic? Why not sand it with fine grit sand paper and put an automotive paint finish on it with a clear coat and all like I plan to do? It' looks so much better. '

BTW, if you end up with any of the upper pillars left over for whatever reason, let me know cuz I need some for my swap that I'm doing with someone.
