they are both like that, dont know what it means but its part of the part numbers for them SPXXXX the newest intakes are the injen intakes with MR tech

I have the SP CAI and it has run beautifully since the day it was bolted on. You need an exhaust system to get any gains, and to compensate for the extra air being added on a N/A motor.

Throttle response was horrible with both. Fitment with the SRI wasn't great but passible. Throttle response was slightly better withe CAI but still nothing to brag about. I'd much rather of just had the stock airbox but bought the intakes because I had the Reflash. I will say the CAI was better than the SRI, but neither ran the way I feel they should have. The intake I had on my EP3 was great, but the maf sensor on our cars just doesnt like intakes.

I agree the throttle response is a tad sluggish, but im hoping to fix the issue with NST pulleys. Supposedly their crank pulley makes the throttle response feel snappier.
