Viper after cooler, surge tank for coolant, coolant pump, and intercooler.
At some point they added a 2.95in merc racing blower pulley, and I just replaced the old merc racing tensioner with the latest version. It's on the car but it hasn't been run

Check the water pump. If radiator coolant is not moving then it means the water pump has gone. Also check if the thermostat valve is open. If the valve is closed then the coolant will also not circulate.
