Get 2 dual voicecoil 10" subs and throw them in a sealed box. That'll be more then enough bass and it'll sound great in a sealed box. Since they are dual VC you'll have the option of wiring them down to 1 ohm, 4 ohm, or 8 ohm.

As for an amp, you'd need one that is pushing 600? or 800? watts rms into the respective ohm. I prefer alpine or JL audio amps, but its up to you.

Agree on what Khronox said, also just get a 8 gauge amp install kit, that will have all your fuses/fuseholders/ ground wire/remote turn-on included. Also your going to need a LOC (Line out converter) if your still using the stock stereo, if not, just run a pair of RCA from your aftermarket one. The new Alpine PDX stackables are great amps.
