Yesterday I did an oil change on my 08 Si. I checked the oil level this morning, it is little more than 0.125 above the upper dot. Do I have to drain it? Would it cost oil consumption? My Si has burned a little oil. Thanks for the help.

From past experience, that is a pretty small amount over the fill line, and my opinion is that you will be fine.
