i just aimed mine.

i did 3 full turns up on each. how many did everybody else do?

does anyone know an easy way to adjust foglights without tearing everything apart?

did you install yours or your dealer did. The whole part where your supposed to drill a hole in the bumper with the template was for the adjusting screw hole.

on the bottom of the bumper there should be drilled holes. that are like right under the fog lights.

Both headlights are now adjusted

for the driver side just remove the overflow tank, i've done it
its a pita to put back on, just as a warning

Thanks for the tip. Turns out that it was the obvious thing to do and I was just looking to complicate my life.

I can't believe that someone would pay the dealer to do this for them when all it takes is a 10mm socket and a whole 5 minutes of your life.

Oh, and the overflow tank just slid back in without any problems. Maybe Honda re-engineered it for 2008.

Now I can finally put my HIDs to some good use on the road at night.

It'd have to be fairly long, but it will work.

Oh ok. Thats what I'm planning on getting later. A VERY LONG screw driver. Is there a way to adjust it left and right??? I dont think there is but I just thought I'll throw it out there.

No, adjustment is only vertical. It's also fairly easy to see the adjustment crown on the passenger side headlight. Just open your hood, look behind the headlight, and you should see it.

I myself have a 14" long screwdriver. LOL. Great for adjusting headlights...and protection. :rotfl:

I think 7" is more than enough. I have half the screwdriver sticking up out from the hole. LOL.

Ask calicr and AJR-Joey and Customlightz. They've seen it.

Does anyone think that the stock bulbs had a low aim to begin with? I did notice it, but maybe I just forgot how low it was until I put my HIDs in and think they're . Anybody else experience this?

I bought my HIDs and didn't even adjus tmy lights. They are still perfect with little glare. With so much cars out there with HID's not, you barely get highbeamed now.

ok I adjusted them by turning passenger 24 times, driver 25. what is the height supposed to be from 25 feet away? Height only raised about an inch, so each turn was not one full rotation, they were like a quart or half each.

the height should be LEVEL

go 50 feet away, if ur being blinded, its too high
or mark off where ur rear side windows are (bottom of them) as far as height goes on a wall, drive 30 feet from it backwards, and aim to just below that line

legaly tho, it must be PERFECTLY LEVEL lol
