Hope I have the money by then.
hell no man, its made for N/A as well, it will allow N/A guys to tune for cams and your mods.so how is this gonna effect stock si's? my next mod is intake and maybe exhaust but i cant get headers cause i will be effed in cali. is this flashpro even made for n/a setups? seems more aimed toward f/i
wow thats sick. i found my 3rd mod then!hell no man, its made for N/A as well, it will allow N/A guys to tune for cams and your mods.
here is an example of a bolt on RSX with a tune
Just get the CT-E header. You wont' get as much out of it as a racing header but you'll still see gains and still be CARB legal.so how is this gonna effect stock si's? my next mod is intake and maybe exhaust but i cant get headers cause i will be effed in cali. is this flashpro even made for n/a setups? seems more aimed toward f/i
That's another $400-$500 to tune it with flashpro, I think 300+whp with stage 2 is enough. If you have some add ons with the S/C I think it will be great like with some cams and methanol injection. I'm kinda confused myself too and I can't decide.hondata.. thanks for all your responses to my questions. you guys are awesome.
heres my question. i know it obviously depends on the tunner but i'm still trying to decide whether or not it will be worth it for me to get the flashpro vs the stage 2 reflash. some have said no some say yes.
do you think there would be a comparable difference between the flashpro being tunned on the dyno vs the stage 2 kit reflash?
i personally was thinking it would be as high as 10-15whp difference. but others have said no?
nate at ct told people it would only be like a 3whp difference? is the stage 2 flash that good?
So wait am i getting this correctly? If i order the stage 2 full kit now i would get the reflash. But if i wait till june i can then get the full stage 2 kit with a flash pro which would come with a preloaded calibration so i dont have to get it tuned but have the option to in the future? Also if so would it be identical to the reflash? We're not sure of the gains from tuning for either the reflash or base calibration, but 3-10 whp might be the closest guess - it will vary with every vehicle. Your best bet problem is to use the FlashPro with the CT calibration. This will essentially be the same as the reflash, but gives you more flexibility in the future and you don't need to send the ECU in.
he said right in the post you quoted that it is a CT calibration which is pretty much the reflash, so yes a tune wouldnt be needed right awaySo wait am i getting this correctly? But im more so wanting to know if its the same as the stage 2 reflash. I dont plan on getting it tuned right away, i would want to get it and maybe 6 months to a year down the road tune it so i dont want it to be like the pre loaded greedy maps or anything i want to make sure its the same actual flash as stage 2 would be.he said right in the post you quoted that it is a CT calibration which is pretty much the reflash, so yes a tune wouldnt be needed right away

once again you already have your answer.....But im more so wanting to know if its the same as the stage 2 reflash.
