hell no man, its made for N/A as well, it will allow N/A guys to tune for cams and your mods.

here is an example of a bolt on RSX with a tune

Just get the CT-E header. You wont' get as much out of it as a racing header but you'll still see gains and still be CARB legal.
hondata.. thanks for all your responses to my questions. you guys are awesome.

heres my question. i know it obviously depends on the tunner but i'm still trying to decide whether or not it will be worth it for me to get the flashpro vs the stage 2 reflash. some have said no some say yes.

do you think there would be a comparable difference between the flashpro being tunned on the dyno vs the stage 2 kit reflash?
i personally was thinking it would be as high as 10-15whp difference. but others have said no?
nate at ct told people it would only be like a 3whp difference? is the stage 2 flash that good?

That's another $400-$500 to tune it with flashpro, I think 300+whp with stage 2 is enough. If you have some add ons with the S/C I think it will be great like with some cams and methanol injection. I'm kinda confused myself too and I can't decide.
yeah sean charges 375 flat rate for kpro tunning so i assume this would be the same.. then i'm lookin at another 300 bucks on top of the 475 i prepaid for the reflash if josh would let me switch.. so...

additional money to me would be 675 dollars to get tunned.. or...
0 money and run the reflash since i already paid for the reflash..

i'm affraid i'm gonna run the reflash and then slowly save up for a year or so and get the flashpro a 3 inch pulley. and some methanol. maybe some rc 650's while i'm at it.

thanks slow4drsi you helped me finnaly decide.

almost 700 dollars for 5-10whp isn't gonna be worth it for me with the parts i currently have... however if and when i buy the flashpro and i drop some more cash on a smaller pulley and some methanol then it will be really really worth it.

We're not sure of the gains from tuning for either the reflash or base calibration, but 3-10 whp might be the closest guess - it will vary with every vehicle. Your best bet problem is to use the FlashPro with the CT calibration. This will essentially be the same as the reflash, but gives you more flexibility in the future and you don't need to send the ECU in.
^^^no, but i could be wrong
hm.. maybe when i get my bonus next feb i'll blow it on flashpro a 3inch pulley and a meth kit lol. but i can't let the wife find out. :p

stage 2 reflash for now though. :p

So wait am i getting this correctly? If i order the stage 2 full kit now i would get the reflash. But if i wait till june i can then get the full stage 2 kit with a flash pro which would come with a preloaded calibration so i dont have to get it tuned but have the option to in the future? Also if so would it be identical to the reflash?

he said right in the post you quoted that it is a CT calibration which is pretty much the reflash, so yes a tune wouldnt be needed right away

But im more so wanting to know if its the same as the stage 2 reflash. I dont plan on getting it tuned right away, i would want to get it and maybe 6 months to a year down the road tune it so i dont want it to be like the pre loaded greedy maps or anything i want to make sure its the same actual flash as stage 2 would be.

once again you already have your answer.....
^^^^ Was just trying to comfirm it and see if anything would change, thanks.
hey guys do you know if flash pro will work on the 05-06 rsx type s?
You have KPRO for that. Read Hondata's website.
