question for you guys. it says there is a $150 discount for people already with a reflash. well what if some of us CT-E stage 2 guys have bought our package and dont get the normal reflash and want to get the flashpro instead, is there some type of discount for that? if not i think there should be and that it should be larger. maybe add like $200 and get flashpro instead since thats the price diff between the two

Hondata, discount for us who purchased the SC upgrade but want to get flashpro instead of reflashed ECU???

also along with my first question, will this have a backup feature to let you copy your current ecu configuration incase you need to revert back to it? say like if you are NA and want to go SCed then you could back up your NA config and if down the line you decide to take the SC off you just use the flashpro to go back to the NA config instead of sending it in

well.. i bought an NA reflash when i was NA.. i currently have the comptech stage 1 reflash on my car now. and i payed 475 for yet ANOTHER reflash for the ct stage 2 set up.
that i have not collected cuz it hasnt released yet.. is it at all possible to just redirect that 475 dollars off the 795. i'm not even asking for the 150 dollar credit.. i just want to redirect the 475 dollars i already spent and havent collected towards the new product.

i think thats pretty fair. considering i have already payed for 3 reflashes essential since i bought my car lol.

hmmm i like the sound of free flashpro if you have had your car reflashed once and already bought the stage 2 lol

I'm going to have to find a tuner in the orlando/tampa florida area to tune mine via flash-pro. (I don't know of any shop's in my direct area)

mase goes down there sometimes, and i heard he is like the most badass tuner on the east coast and pretty much the country

hmmm i just thought of this. close by me is a shop that has a HUGE known honda tuner. what if i contacted them and got them to purchase this for their shop and just go to them to get a tune. hmmmm i dont see anything wrong with that.

What type of hardware does the FlashPro physically consist of?

Does it have nonvolatile memory and/or does it have Electronically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory?

My question is, from the standpoint of a college enrolled computer programmer, if we will be able to add or remove any features to the FlashPro unit itself with some flashing tools, ie; memory address value editors that find a hex address based on the input parameters you set and prints these addresses with their corresponding values with the option to edit it?

Or does this violate the Terms of Agreement when I purchase a Hondata FlashPro unit?
