What exactly does the MAX A/C button do, does it just turn on the inside intake vents, the out-take vents at your fact, and turn the A/C on?

Or does it do something useful?

it makes the A/C air a closed loop inside of the car so that it is cooling allready cool air, it also makes selecting differant air flow options impossible without it turning off. In other words make car very cold.

They should be doing a survey about the vulnerability of the a/c condenser since it is exposed to rocks. I needed to replace my condenser due to rocks and I know there are quite a few people on here who have gone through the same thing. If they have an additional comments section on the survey you should mention something about this.
