I looking into a hfc. Pretty much saw a xlr8 hfc, heard good things about it. I don't really want a header, since I daily drive my car, go to NY all the time etc. anywho, any thoughts? I currently have 3 inch full race exhaust, s2 3.5 intake and flashpro.

If you have flashpro and the other bolt ons already then you def need something in the header area. I wouldn't just get the hfc. Maybe not get a race header but I would upgrade the header. There's plenty of ppl that daily their cars with full all out bolt ons along with flashpro of course

The only header with hfc that i really found were Tsudo and Invidia. Tsudo is cheap but wasn't really recommended.

The Invidia doesn't have a high flow cat. I don't believe the Tsudo header does either. I think the only header that came with a high flow cat already on was the Vibrant, but I don't think that's being made anymore.
You can make any header work with a high flow cat. You just have to weld the cat into the exhaust somewhere.

I just ordered the Berk hfc cat too. Seemed to be the best option for the money from what I could find out. $220 shipped on eBay, and 70mm outlet to match my tsudo catback diameter. Plus, the defouler is built in so you save an extra $20 or so.
