ok this is the problem... recently after reading webby's post on the paint car thickness and new car scam thread... this comes to my concern..:

dealer that i'm getting my civic ex from tells me that they are getting the car DIRECTLY from factory and should have under 30km on mileage.. to my knowledge is that the mileage and no longer be changed because its put into the computer... so is there any possibility that the car under 30km mileage can have an accident?? i just don't wanna risk paying 28k for a car and it being in an accident... is it a pretty safe bet that the car is brand new?? Thanks...

well this is the story i heard from the dealer... they say when the car is produced.. honda will take the car for a run before they ship it out... to make sure nothing is wrong with the car.. and that adds onto the mileage.. and then afterwards.. its being trucked over.. getting off the truck and on the truck from destination to destination... and ends up being under 25kilo on mileage is what i heard... any other opinions?? webby maybe help me out here? =)
