If it is coming directly from the factory and nobody test drives it. It should have less than 2mi. on it. Sorry I can't convert that but it sounds like your being screwed with by the car dealer too. From experience you might want to take someone with you to the dealer when you buy, and maybe they won't fill you full of BS.
