Whats up guys i know its not our style but im stumped on this one. My buddys got a 2001 lx civic and he lost his high and low beams from headlights. fuses are good. new bulbs. new headlight switch. Tested the wires and they have power all the way to the headlights but on both low and high at same time. Also, i tried to wiggle connections and move them around to get a flicker but it hasnt done it. Please help me with this so he stops bugging me. I think the last thing is the relay but idk. Anyone have any thoughts?

Both headlights? If yes, probably not the connectors. Maybe wrong bulbs, or not enough power. Check it with power meter.

i can't really understand you. you have power and ground at the headlight bulb connector?

you probably need the relay. you've replaced everything else haha. if that doesn't work then you may have a wiring issue
