[Miami Killah]

I Installed my supercharger today. The issue that i'm have is the radiator hose coming from the thermostat behind the supercharger going back into the new fitting in the manifold is way to big and even with the clamp it still leaks once under pressure. Has anyone else come across this issue if so please tell me what you did to solve it thanks.(reference Step#24 top right image).

Change out the stock clamp. Using a hose clamp, it's alot easier and will actually hold it.

:yeahthat: The DIY says to replace that stock clamp with a hose clamp so you wont have any leaks. I am sure that is the issue since the stock clamps like that are kind of junk. GL

Yeah, before i actually put the mani into the bay, i pulled the clamp off, and put a hose clamp on, attatched it to the manifold, and then maneuvered it into place.

Update...Long story short ended up using a heater hose connector 5/8" to 1/2". Worked perfectly!!!:dancing:

It's a prefect fit. Much better connection to the new fitting on the manifold than trying to make the loose hose fit it.
