This thread is here for you to provide feedback about your GRAFIXPRESSIONS.com purchase. I'd ask everyone to be honest, so i can see if you guys are pleased with our service, neutral, or disappointed.

As a small shop, it is our goal to make our customers extremely happy, however there is a LOT of work for a few people to handle -- we try our best.

With that being said, if you've ordered from us, please leave some feedback (pics of your products installed are also welcomed!)

Thanks to everyone who has supported us, we've got a LOT of great ideas in the pipeline, we just need the time to dedicate before we can introduce them!

^ sorry to hear that... good news is now we have championship red emblems!
not sure if its common but there was bubbles in the lower left part of my honda steering wheel H and I ordered the flawless version, they are small but none the less they are there.
as it states on our website...

All epoxy coated products are individually hand made. There may be minor imperfections including tiny bubbles in the epoxy coating that occur during the curing process. These imperfections are unavoidable, we carefully choose which products meet our quality standards, the rest are marked as "blemished" which we also sell for a reduced price.

that is common, there is no such thing as a "flawless version"

We have a note on top of the page where you order gelled items, it reads:

that's the first time i've heard of any of our vinyl fading, we only use the highest quality vinyl rated at 6 years outdoors.
obviously you will always have to be careful of sharp, pointed corners...it's just a vinyl sticker, you still have to be careful!
if they did really fade, send us some pics, we can get another set to you. we stand by what we sell and they shouldnt fade for years...
^ was your order over $30, if so we certify it for free. Meaning you have to be home and sign for it or it will end up at your local Post Office.

If you ordered less than $30, send us an email and we will look into it.

thanks.

*** Again -- this is just an FYI, all normal orders ship USPS First Class Mail (we ship nearly 99% of orders the next day) so it's up to USPS, not us!! There is NO TRACKING available for normal mail, if you want it, you have to pay for it via choosing a different shipping option.

Thanks!
mmmm that carbon looks delicious!
bump for some more feedback!
^ did you email us? I believe you PM'd me and i said to email us and we'd get the right logos out to you! no worries
