That HCCA 225 and the 40i are good little amps, both made in the USA. The 225 is rated for 25X2 at 4 ohms, 50X2 at 2 ohms, 100X2 at 1 ohm, and 200X2 at 1/2 ohm. Bridged mono it claims 100X1 at 4 ohms, 200X1 at 2 ohms, and 400 X 1 at 1 ohm. The 40i does around 50X2 at 4 ohms, 80X2 at 2 ohms. The Denon claims 30X2 at 4 ohms (Which you already know).
