Hey guys, quick question. Does anyone know if you are required to sign the ticket or not? I never want to, but I'm not sure what will happen if they ask you to sign and they say no. Anyone know?

I have my driver and passenger windows tinted and went through a checkstop the other day and one of the cops in the background said "Hey TINTED windows!" I instantly got scared that i would get a ticket for passenger and driver tinted windows because they are not legal in BC (but they look so DAMN good). However, the tint on these windows is not that much, I have them at 45% I think.

Anyway the cop at the checkstop just waived me on so I breathed a sigh of relief. Anyone else have tinted driver or passenger windows?

hey all, did you guys ever get pulled over for no reason and the cop makes up bullshit?

well i just got pulled over and the police gave me a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt ( but i did) and for not stopping at the stop sign( but i did or i would've crashed...)

This is what happend i made a compelete stop than made a right on a big street and than i got pulled over. So i pull over and park than the cop tells me that i did not stop at the stop sign which i did. Than i deny it and he says that i went over the stop sign LOL? after he asks for my license and registrations so i take my seatbelt off (becuz i cant reach the glovecompartment on without taking it off and he clearly sees me) than i hand it to him. Later he comes back to my car and says thank you have a goodnight. I look at the ticket and i also see the seatbelt ticket i was like wtf by the time i wanted to ask him he already quickstyled it to his car....what a bastard.

what are my chances of winning in court if the cop is bullying me like this? Im going to dispute these bullshit tickets but im afraid the cop will lie to the judge and obviously the judge will choose the cop over me.

I got pulled over for my tires screeching around a round a bout (I was going 20) and that brought him to the attention that my tint was too dark and my exhaust was too loud. :/ he only gave me warnings but it was still stupid. And today I got pulled over for rolling through a stop sign….but there’s no way she could have seen me nor did I roll through the sign, I’m going testify In court and see what happens from there.
