Full-Race 3" FA/FG Cat-Back Exhaust - Sneak Peek!

You told us what you wanted and we listened!!! After receiving numerous phone calls, PM's, emails, and passenger pigeons from FA/FG all-motor & F/I enthusiasts as well as Top Tuners like Evans Tuning, telling us you needed a high quality 3" Exhaust - Full-Race is happy to say we are finished with our design, and the 1st Production Sample was an absolutely 100% perfect fit.

The FA/FG Civic exhausts are made out of high grade stainless steel, then welded and polished to a mirror finish. We use (2)ultra- high quality mufflers, which have huge flow rates and one of the nicest exhaust notes you've ever heard on a honda. Final pricing will be very competitive, and released in 1 week!

****UPDATE 11/9/09 -- FITTED w/ HFP LIP & S2 PRO-C COILOVERS

Showing plenty of clearance and no cutting at all w/ HFP Lip:






Also plenty of clearance from the lowering springs, much more room than the S2 that was on the car before




Full-Race 3" exhaust directly next to skunk2 70mm. You can see some major differences in the pics:

^^^note all the extra bends and extra flange of the S2 *before* the first resonator

^^^note the restrictive bend just before the muffler

^^showing the extra large FR mufflers <no drone, no rasp!> and the 1 piece A pipe vs S2's 2 piece design

major differences between are:
1) FR is a higher flowing design -- less bends, and larger diameter piping/mufflers = less restriction and higher performance
2) FR uses much larger diameter mufflers which contain far more sound deadening.. the owner of this car complained about the drone and raspiness of the S2 exhaust, ours will be much more manageable (especially with a turbo)
3) FR only has (2) flanges making it very simple to install as compared to S2's 3-flange design

Geoff, I have to say that as a company, you are one of the most in tune with what customers want. For you to up and produce something like this to help your customers get the most power out of their cars is in my opinion, the epitome of customer service and a gold standard company. I just wish I had the coin to do a turbo. Yours would be the only one I would consider.

And for Soxfan143-Mike, man, I hope you get this. You have done more for this community when it comes to turbo information than anyone I know of. I want to see some crazy numbers for your car.

Thanks Bill. I try. And it won't be long until my Full-Race manifold and other various pieces of equipment will be operating. Geoff, I can't say enough about your operation and the quality or parts and absolute stellar customer service. I can't wait to be an official Full-Race customer and owner.

Wow! That looks great! I love the tip/muffler section, looks almost stock. Great job Full Race!
i would like to see some dynos on this as well!!! Any ideas if this would be a good exhaust for non heavily modded cars (curious if the big piping would hurt performance rather than help in non turbo or s/c cars)

Louder is better, that way you have an excuse to get a turbo to quiet it down :biggrin:
damn that is beautiful!! i love the look of the muffler itself. please price this competatively cause i think i will be saving my pennies!
