They did that once in Florida for a few days but it was like a one time deal and then they never did it again from what I remember.

There's no need for that "respectful" picture. In Geezer's sarcasm, I believe there's a hint of truth as well. It sucks that other states aren't offering this, but if you live elsewhere, don't just complain about it in this forum, ask someone who can actually make a change.
