Turned on my a/c on the way home., got home., turned off car,. Both fans are on.., waited 20 minutes., still on.. Took fuse out. Main fan fuse 30.. 2007 si coupe.. And they shut off. Put fuse back they both come on???

Both come on?
PGM-FI relay, stuck closed.
Test it and jump terminal 85 and 86 and see if it opens. Give it a light tap. Replace if found defective.
Worst case scenario, an open on the harness between PGMFI relay and PCM or bad PCM.
Try checking your relay first.
I was trying to look at power distribution on what the said relay powers when on but I have very limited view of the whole fuse box/diagram here in school. Hope this helps.
