Possible? Perhaps. A lot is possible with enough money. Practical and cost-effective? Not so much. Good on you for trying to think out of the box but you're far better off simply turboing the car and going from there.
Sorry for asking a ridiculous question, thought it was worth a shot though. I figured the only reason for no s/c was because of fitment. I think a s/c is more reliable and has instantaneous power compared to a t/c.
