The prokit lowers the car about 1" all around and the sportlines are about a 1.4" drop.

i have the pro kit on the FG2 and i love it but i wish i bought the sport line kit that i use to have on my FA5...Pro kit has too much rear wheel gap IMO sport line was perfect 1 finger all the way around

In my opinion, Prokit is perfect for a cosmetic drop and slightly better cornering balance without sacrificing ride quality. Sportlines on the stock struts sounds like it could be pushing it. The stock struts are engineered to work at stock ride height and that's it.
