There is so many information how to do this in our cars over the internet, I will provide some major points, it may be useful to someone. I am doing this install in 2006 Honda Civic Lx Coupe, so I do not have steering wheels control and no premium sound system. I went with a
SCOSCHE HA1561DGB

Also I picked up from Home Depot #8 x 5/8 in pan head phillips screws :

Looks like old screws are to thick and will damage this new Scosche adapter.
My unit is one old Pioneer unit which I bought long time ago for project never happened :

You will need antenna adapter :
Metra Electronics 40-HD10

And I was using this:
BATIGE Dual Ports Square USB Panel Flush Mount

For back up camera I decided to go with a :

EchoMaster CAM-LFDPLB-N Full Frame License Plate Mount Camera

Just one thing, if you decide to go with this camera, you will need to modify bottom holes to mount this camera. It’s not exact fitting, at least wasn’t for my vehicle.
And of course you will need harness adapter like:
Metra 70-1722 Radio Wiring Harness

I was using this video as a guide how to remove panels to do this install :
2008 Honda Civic EX Radio Upgrade Steering Wheel Controls Backup Camera Install - YouTube
Wiring back up camera trigger was little bit different for my car model. After removing the panels:

I did remove AUX Jack and replace it with USB adapter:

This will connect to the back of the radio. Will fit in to the existing hole, though hole is little bit bigger then it should so you have to put some glue or epoxy to fix it in place. This is the video how I wired my backup camera:

On my model of Honda Civic I found backup camera trigger here:
