of clear coat.. =(
UHG! so i painted my rims with RUSTOLEM GLOSS WHITE and and it looks really good.. except for its not as glossy as i thought it would be.. =(.. sooo i decided to put sum RUSTOLEM CLEAR GLOSS on it AANNNDD! the clear came on all runnyish.. ?
but then as it was drying it got all..wrinkly =( now i have to re-do that rim.. ='(
and im still left with 3 rims that are not glossy..
(which makes it harder to clean cuz the dirt kind of stick on )

i hope this makes sense.. but i need help

Maybe the layer of gloss you put on was too thick. You're supposed to gently spray over it several times. Spray on a THIN layer once. Wait an hour or whatever until it dries. Spray on another THIN layer to cover up any spot you might have missed the first time around. Just keep doing that until you have a nice even coat of gloss over it.

I've never heard of it being "runnyish" unless you sprayed on too thick of a layer of clear coat.
